Harvest Updates and Upcoming Wine Tastings
Harvest season is in full swing here in the Finger Lakes, and we've been busy making wine and planning events where we can share our first releases with you!
Harvest 2026: Fermentation Is Underway!
We've been hard at work on our 2026 vintage, and things are progressing nicely. This year, we're expanding our offerings beyond our original Dry Riesling and Rosé of Cabernet Franc to include Pinot Gris and Chardonnay.
Here's where things stand:
Pinot Gris: Fermentation is nearly complete!
Chardonnay: About halfway through fermentation.
Riesling: Fermentation just started.
Cabernet Franc: The grapes arrive Monday, and we'll soon get started on our next Rosé of Cabernet Franc.
It's been interesting to see how each grape variety progresses on its own schedule. We're learning a lot with each new batch, and we're looking forward to seeing how these wines develop over the coming months.
In the meantime, our 2025 Dry Riesling and Rosé of Cabernet Franc are bottled and ready to enjoy!

Sunday, November 8 | Release Event at Ria's Wines
📍 Ria's Wines, Finger Lakes
🕛 Noon–3 PM
Join us to celebrate the release of our first wines! We'll be pouring our 2025 Dry Riesling and Rosé of Cabernet Franc, with charcuterie to enjoy while you sip. Local singer-songwriter Erich Asperschlager will provide live acoustic music on guitar throughout the afternoon.
Come taste our wines, enjoy some food and music, and chat with us about our first vintage. We'd love to celebrate with you!
Saturday, November 14 | Living Roots Wine & Co.

We're joining other wineries for the Wineries Without Walls Winter Fest at Lakewood Vineyards! It's a chance to discover wines from smaller producers, meet the people behind them, and enjoy an afternoon of Finger Lakes wine.
